Services based in Cleveland, Ohio develops, prepares and coordinates short-term
teams on many fields. Joy served on the South Pacific island of Guam in medical

a week versus deciding to live in a tent for the rest of your life." Joy frequently
visits Baptist Mid-Missions fields with short-term medical teams in consultation with
field-based missionaries.
